We would like to introduce a case study of the boiler fuel auxiliary device "Boiler Up Man." One day, we received an inquiry from a day-use hot spring facility regarding poor fuel efficiency due to the aging of their boilers. We installed Boiler Up Man on two oil-fired boilers. After installation, we achieved a 12% reduction in fuel consumption along with the suppression of combustion efficiency deterioration over the course of one year, and the number of users increased by more than 16%. Additionally, at a surgical hospital that implemented Boiler Up Man, a reduction of -4,800 liters and an improvement rate of -13.50% were achieved over one year, while a hot spring hotel saw a reduction of -900 liters and an improvement rate of -5.8% within two months.
